Recently relocating and needing to purchase a home, the only thing I was sure of was that I wanted a waterfront property. I was so fortunate to have found Kristine through one of her listings.  I don’t normally write reviews, however, Kristine’s performance was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share my experience.  Kristine was very patient with me as I only knew what I wanted, but did not know where I wanted to live.  She always answered the phone when I called, or responded very quickly during the entire process.  She knew exactly when she had found the perfect home for me and negotiated terms that I was super happy with.  Time is of the essence, and she makes the most of it daily.  She has numerous supporting industry contacts, and was able to provide me with sources to research financing, inspections, service contractors, remodeling, etc...  It a nutshell, Kristine is a professional in every sense of the word! Because of her tenacity,  I'm typing this while staring out at the water in my dream home!
